AltRider crash bars are made in the USA from one inch stainless steel, and utilize the strongest mounting points the bike has to offer. Like all AltRider engineered crash bars, our crash bars for the Triumph Tiger 800 XC will fit perfectly without any grinding or bending on your part. We hand TIG weld our parts and cut them on a 5 axis laser for strength and perfect fit, include all the necessary hardware, and provide you with clear printed instructions in the package.
