GripTwister Annual Revision Ride

WHERE // Olympic Peninsula, WA, United States
WHEN // Sat, Mar 20

DETAILS // If you consider yourself a fast off-pavement rider, you're invited to join me as I complete my "work". Every spring I head for the hills to make the necessary changes to GripTwister's self-guided Olympics Loop GPS Tour for the current year's new edition. We'll mostly be on logging roads in the Olympics, but there are some gnarly 2 tracks (and less) involved as well... so unless you're a Jimmy Lewis type rider, this wouldn't be for the 1200 class bikes. The exact starting location will be determined the Monday prior to this ride, but it will be somewhere on the East or North side of the Olympics. I'll be camping along the route on Saturday night, so if you're up for it, bring your tent and sleeping bag and ride for both days, or ride light and just ride Saturday only. Forecast heavy and/or continuous rain will postpone the ride 1 week, but scattered showers will not.
