With one key, the Givi Monokey E36 Pannier can be opened, attached to, or detached from your bike.  It holds up to 1.4 cubic feet (40 liters) of your gear, and the system is watertight.
Each Givi pannier is made using a gas injection for its production.  Nitrogen is injected during the injection of the plastic material into the mold so that a pressurized cavity is created, improving structural rigidity, watertightness, and lowering overall weight since the thickness of the case is now consistent throughout.
The Monokey fitting kit secures the panniers to the mount and secures your belongings inside the case.  The brilliant design of the mount and key system allows for one key to open the case and to also detach the pannier from the mount.  The mount is designed for uniform distribution of the load, achieved by placing the three fitting points at the widest possible surface contacts on the pannier.
