Good riding gear ensures that no matter the route, you’re ready for it. KLIM’s Adventure Rally Pant promises to keep you prepared for whatever you encounter, whether on road or off.

KLIM used five different types of materials when building this pant, to be sure that each area of your body had the right fit and protection. The pant’s base is made from SPL600 3L Pro Shell, a heavy weight woven nylon. It’s rugged, breathable, and durably waterproof even in extreme conditions. Gruppo Dani Leather, a full grain European rawhide that’s GoreTex certified and guaranteed waterproof, is used along the inner lower leg to protect against both abrasion and heat. Talisman 3L Pro Shell protects the seat and shins, and provides high levels of impact abrasion resistance. Tiny ceramic plates are laser-welded to the material’s surface, making it fourteen times more abrasion resistant than Kevlar. Armacor 3L Pro Shell is GoreTex’s premium material for motorcycling applications, and KLIM used it from the waist to the knees in front, and along the outside cuffs and calves.
On warm days you can get air flowing with the Adventure Rally Pant’s ventilation system. It features GoreTex lock-out closures, so you can cool off in the heat and stay dry in the rain without fear of moisture leaking through.

Built into this pant’s hips and knees is D30 Armor, a soft and flexible substance that molds itself to the shape of your body. Upon impact, however, D30 Armor molecules lock together to absorb and distribute the impact energy. This innovative technology protects the areas most likely to sustain injury in a crash.

Reflective 3M Scotchlite piping is also used throughout, to keep you visible to drivers and other riders. Velcro at the pant cuffs allows you to wear the Adventure Rally Pant over your riding boots, and adjust the fit so it won’t snag on your bike or debris.
