Designed to reduce clutch pull, which reduces hand fatigue, and increase the feel of the clutch The Altrider Clutch Arm Extension replaces the OEM clutch arm with an adjustable clutch arm extension. The extension is CNC machined from 6061 T6 aluminum and anodized black, with clevis clip formed from stainless steel. With the Altrider Clutch Arm Extension the clutch pull can be set from stock up to a 47% reduction in pull effort, giving you options for the best clutch feel for the rider.
Note: Our clutch arm doesn’t have splines cut into it. As soon as it’s tightened around the clutch rod, the aluminum of the clutch arm will bite into the splines on the clutch rod. The aluminum facilitates a secure connection that won’t slip and offers a lightweight design.
Caution: There are known reports of casting flaws with the Aprilia clutch cover. Do not over torque the M8 bolt in the clutch cover that attaches the cable, as it may cause damage to the clutch cover.
