Product Information
AltRider.com strives to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions and/or images.  However, AltRider.com does not warrant that product descriptions, images or other content on this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.  If the product you purchased at AltRider.com is not as described, your option is to return it in unused condition.

Merchandise Pricing and Errors
Unless otherwise noted, the “MSRP” displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price for the product itself, as determined by our production costs, or suggested by the manufacturer or suppliers, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparable product offered elsewhere. The “MSRP” is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day.  AltRider.com cannot confirm the price of an item until you order.  Despite our best efforts, errors in pricing on the website may occur.  If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, you will only be charged the correct, lower amount.  If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, AltRider.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Applicable Law
This site is created and controlled by AltRider.com, in the state of Washington, USA.  As such the laws of the state of Washington will govern these terms and conditions without giving effect to any principles or conflict of laws, and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and AltRider.com and/or its affiliates.

Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to AltRider.com or to the products you purchase through the AltRider.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Seattle, Washington, except that to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate AltRider.com's intellectual property rights, AltRider.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Washington. You hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under these Terms of Use shall be conducted pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules then prevailing at the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms of Use  shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to these Terms of Use, whether through class action proceedings or otherwise. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of, related to or connected with the use of the Site or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever banned.

Severability
Please review our other policies posted on this site.  These policies also govern your visit to AltRider.com.  We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time.  If any these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
