Engineering an Interview

Mar 02, 2010 // The AltRider Story //

Jeremy

A few weeks back, I was approached by a great guy named David Alderich.  I met Dave several years ago at an industry tradeshow, so it was nice to hear from him again. He produces Peckhammer TV, a web series that focuses on parts of the moto world that don’t normally get a lot of attention. David asked me if I’d be willing to sit down for an interview, and talk about what goes into starting up a company like AltRider. Of course I jumped at the chance to talk about what I’ve been living and breathing for so long.

We sat down for about an hour, and really just talked while David let the camera roll. He whittled it down to about five minutes and then posted it online. He gave me the thumbs up to share it here, so watch the newest episode of Peckhammer TV below.

1 and counting...

Good interview. I like your discussion of tolerances and the focus on proper interfacing of OEM components with Altrider parts. It's a running joke around our house about how aftermarket parts "never fit" on a motorcycle. Refreshing to hear a manufacturer consciously decide to make that statement untrue. Make us proud, Jeremy!

what do you have to say?
